Marilo Pardo Serrano

Marilo is a tax lawyer from Barcelona. She has over 20-year experience in tax law, as she has worked as an independent tax advisor for Law firms, Insurances and many Spanish and International entities.

Some of her important clients were Allianz Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros and she also was senior tax manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 10 years.

Marilo successfully achieved a Tax manager master’s degree at ESADE Business School, in Barcelona and profitably attended the Management Development Program at IESE Business School, Universidad de Navarra.
In Damiani&Damiani’s office in Barcelona, Marilo provides relevant assistance in tax compliance to our clients who wish to internationalise their companies in the Hispanic Peninsula. Many of the provided services at our office are: continuing tax advice to Spanish entities or to foreign companies who open branches in Spain; advising on commercial transactions, tax audits, due diligence and M&A processes.
