Guillermo Francesconi

Guillermo Francesconi is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (1993), specializing in labor law, damages and succession law. Since 2016 he has been co-owner of the ON law firm with offices in Buenos Aires and Pilar, whose case studies are civil law, labour, business, real estate and mediation services.

Employed as a professional assistant in the Justicia Nacional del Trabajo of Buenos Aires in 1994, he occupied since 1998 the position of Private Registrar (vote of Dr. Antonio Vazquez Vialard) at the Labor Appeal Court. In the same period he carried out collaborative tasks in the labor law chairs of the University of Buenos Aires, as well as publications on the subject while still maintaining fluid contacts with the local doctrinal sphere.

In 2001 the law firm Carlos Flores & Asoc. he selected his innovative project of virtual study and telework, hiring him as a working lawyer and in charge of the development of the project, thus moving to Italy. Due to the unforeseen Argentine banking crisis at the end of 2001, he was co-founder of the “Associazione di Italo Argentini Return”, dedicated to assisting in the integration of the many compatriots arriving in Lombardy. In 2005 he returned to Buenos Aires being incorporated as lawyer in charge of the Pilar office of the Carlos Flores & Asoc law firm.

Finally in April 2022, relying on previous experience, strengthened during the pandemic period and with a now virtual judicial procedure in the Courts of Buenos Aires, has decided to return to Italy (Turin), incorporating among the services offered assistance in matters of citizenship in favor of Argentines or South Americans of Italian stock and that aimed at providing information for planning investments in Italy or in Argentina. Guglielmo is fluent in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
