Daniele Bocci

Daniele Bocci is a Civil Labour & Commercial Lawyer, registered to the bar association of Rome since 2012. He achieved a First Class “cum laude” Master’s degree at the Law School of “Roma Tre” University, in 2008. He carried out relevant studies on Labour Law and he was Professor A. Maresca’s assistant immediately after graduation in 2008.

During his two years of traineeship in important Law Firms like Bruno and Tonucci & Partners, Daniele Bocci deepened his expertise in Labour, Commercial and Civil law. Daniele has a broad knowledge and experience in Company & Corporate Law. He helps clients constitute, develop and manage capital and/or corporate-based enterprises, especially in the Sport sector.

Daniele also developed high expertise in consumer law, especially related to telecommunication. He is highly experienced in condominium, property law and trust.

Daniele has been trustee of several real-estates and property since 2014. He speaks fluently English and Spanish.
