A. Francesca Guaricci

Francesca is an outstanding Italian lawyer. She graduated with honours at the “Roma Tre” University of Rome. She successfully continued her studies in Corporate Finance, M&A and private equity.

Francesca is now attending a Ph.D in Law Science, her research is oriented towards European horizons, focusing on comparative private law within the European spectrum, she is honorary fellow in Private Law Institution, at the Department of Economics and Law – UniMc – University of Macerata.

Francesca was also lecturer in the Leonardo Formazione e Lavoro project, called “Res Public 33”, sponsored by Regione Lazio. The program consisted by meeting scholars from high school and providing lectures in Public and Constitutional law, both analysing national and international aspects. The program was in cooperation with “United Network Europa”.

Francesca attended several seminaries organised by the University of Macerata, where she outlined important legal aspects of rightful inheritance, as a speaker at the Auditorium of Banca Marche.

She has sound experience in administrative law related to private affairs, such as real estate administration, in particular she won ascholarship to take part of an administration program run by ATER, a Public Entity which manages the real estate patrimony of the Commune of Rome.

Since she entered our team, Francesca is gaining outstanding experience in International and Immigration law. She is now dealing important International cases, related to labour and commercial transactions, with her grit, passion and perseverance, to the exclusive interest of our clients.

Francesca speaks fluently Italian, English and French.
